SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped through our partner Chinese shipping company. Estimated turnaround time is around 8-15 days, slight delay is expected during holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year etc.

All customers will receive a confirmation email after the check out. You will be able to find tracking numbers on the order page, along with order ID and other information.

Your order will be handed to your local courier once the shipment has been cleared from custom and arrived in your country. The tracking number will only work once your local courier has your parcel.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated per KG and it could vary depending on the country you are in. Due to the inevitable long route and strict custom control, the shipping cost to the US is higher than to other countries. However, it is still cheaper than importing directly.

Card Nova covers all tariff and import fees. Customers do not need to pay for any import fees.
