CANCELLATION
Cancellation is only applicable before the product is shipped. Card Nova cannot issue a cancellation if the order were already shipped.
RETURN
Due to the nature of TCG products and international shipping cost, Card Nova does not accept any return.
REFUND
12% fee is charged on all refunded orders. This fee covers bank transaction fee and international expense we paid when orders are made from our website.
SHIPMENT REFUSAL
If the receiver refuses to accept an order upon delivery and the parcel was returned to us, the receiver will cover all costs of the returned order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Card Nova will only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was received. A minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the item itself is not considered a defect or damage and is not subject to a refund or exchange.
